Study Overview
Brief Summary
Lower Cross Syndrome is a common postural imbalance, seen in students characterized by tight hip flexors and weak gluteal and abdominal muscles. If left unaddressed, LCS can contribute to long-term musculoskeletal issues. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of Brueggers exercise and postural correction in treating students with asymptomatic lower cross syndrome.

Inclusion Criteria
- •Students aged 18 to 25 years.
- •All genders Enrolled in college Asymptomatic individuals Willing to participate.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Chronic low back pain Disc herniation Neurological deficits Respiratory conditions History of lumbar or pelvis surgery Any type of lower limb deformity Suffered any kind of injury in the previous six months.
Outcomes
Primary Outcomes
Modified Thomas Test with Universal Goniometer
Time Frame: Baseline, 1 month and at the end of 6th month.
Modified Schober’s Test
Time Frame: Baseline, 1 month and at the end of 6th month.
Abdominal muscle MMT
Time Frame: Baseline, 1 month and at the end of 6th month.
Gluteus Maximus MMT
Time Frame: Baseline, 1 month and at the end of 6th month.
REEDCO Posture Assessment Scale
Time Frame: Baseline, 1 month and at the end of 6th month.
