入选标准
- •1) informed consent and voluntary participation
- •2) aged 60-85 years
- •3) patients undergoing general anesthesia for spine surgery
- •4) ASA PS 1-3
排除标准
- •1) psychologic disorder (schizophrenia, epilepsy, parkin's disease, dementia)
- •2) MMSE score <20
- •3) severe bradycardia
- •4) severe hepatic dysfunction
- •5) severe renal dysfunction
- •6) recent stroke within 6 months
- •7) alcohol or drug dependency
- •8) difficulty of communication
- •9) ASA PS 4 or more
