Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) informed consent and voluntary participation
- •2\) aged 60\-85 years
- •3\) patients undergoing general anesthesia for spine surgery
- •4\) ASA PS 1\-3
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) psychologic disorder (schizophrenia, epilepsy, parkin's disease, dementia)
- •2\) MMSE score \<20
- •3\) severe bradycardia
- •4\) severe hepatic dysfunction
- •5\) severe renal dysfunction
- •6\) recent stroke within 6 months
- •7\) alcohol or drug dependency
- •8\) difficulty of communication
- •9\) ASA PS 4 or more
