Inclusion Criteria
Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia
Patients with American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status (ASA PS) 1-3
Exclusion Criteria
1) severe bradycardia (heart rates < 45 bpm), sick sinus syndrome, 2nd or 3rd degree atrioventricular block
2) severe heparorenal dysfunction
3) ASA PS 4 or above
4) coagulation abnormality
5) allergic history to local anesthetics
