- •Patients scheduled for elective breast cancer surgery
- •Age 18- 65 years
- •BMI:20 -30 kg/cm2
- •American society of anesthesiologistsâ?? physical status ( ASA PS) I and II
排除标准
- •Allergy to any study drugs
- •Patient on beta blockers
- •Patient with AV nodal blocks
- •Patient with autonomic dysfunction- orthostatic hypotension
- •Pregnant and lactating women
- •Patients with chronic pain on Opioids/analgesics
