Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients scheduled for elective breast cancer surgery
  • •Age 18\- 65 years
  • •BMI:20 \-30 kg/cm2
  • •American society of anesthesiologistsâ?? physical status ( ASA PS) I and II

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Allergy to any study drugs
  • •Patient on beta blockers
  • •Patient with AV nodal blocks
  • •Patient with autonomic dysfunction\- orthostatic hypotension
  • •Pregnant and lactating women
  • •Patients with chronic pain on Opioids/analgesics
