Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA I or II( no minimal or co\-morbid disease)
- •Age 18\-65years
- •Patients schedule for elective procedures like cortical mastoidectomy, FESS surgeries in general anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
- •. History of allergy or contraindication to study group.
- •2\. Pregnant \& lactating women.
- •3\. Obesity with BMI \>30\.
- •4\. Cardiac, hepatic \& renal diseases
- •5\. uncontrolled diabetes mellitus \& Hypertension
