Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •ASA I or II( no minimal or co\-morbid disease)
  • •Age 18\-65years
  • •Patients schedule for elective procedures like cortical mastoidectomy, FESS surgeries in general anesthesia

Exclusion Criteria

  • •. History of allergy or contraindication to study group.
  • •2\. Pregnant \& lactating women.
  • •3\. Obesity with BMI \>30\.
  • •4\. Cardiac, hepatic \& renal diseases
  • •5\. uncontrolled diabetes mellitus \& Hypertension
