- •Age 18-65years
- •Patients schedule for elective procedures like cortical mastoidectomy, FESS surgeries in general anesthesia
排除标准
- •. History of allergy or contraindication to study group.
- •2. Pregnant & lactating women.
- •3. Obesity with BMI >30.
- •4. Cardiac, hepatic & renal diseases
- •5. uncontrolled diabetes mellitus & Hypertension
