1) Aged between 18 and 65 years
2) Primary diagnosis is a personality disorder diagnosed with the SCID-II during intake.
3) Ability to understand and speak the Dutch language.
1) A posttraumatic stress disorder (determined with the Clinician-Administered PTSD Scale for DSM-5 (CAPS-5))
2) High suicide risk (operationalized by a suicide attempt within the past 6 months, current suicidal intention or severe automutilation).
3) Participation in another study.
4) Inability to understand and talk Dutch

Name Time Method <p>The secundary study parameter is the difference in the level of psychological<br /><br>symptoms between the patients in the experimental and WL condition, measured<br /><br>with the Brief Symptom Inventory (BSI), three months after the treatment as<br /><br>usual for personality disorders is started.<br /><br>Also weekly treatment results are monitored with the OQ-45.<br /><br><br /><br>Another secundary objective is the difference in the global level of<br /><br>personality functioning between the patients in the experimental and WL<br /><br>condition, measured with the GAPD.</p><br>
