- •Broncho alveolar lavage specimens from patients admitted to our hospital with a diagnosis of lower respiratory tract infection
Exclusion Criteria
- •1 Repeat specimens from patients of whom a previous specimen was included
- •2 Patients who are terminally ill
- •3 Patients with no consent
