- •1. All malignancies (solid tumours) confirmed on histopathology
- •2. Patients more than 18 years of age
- •3. Patients of either sex
排除标准
- •1. Patients who have comorbid inflammatory conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis,
- •2. Patients who are on statins, fibrates, disease modifying anti rheumatic drugs and anti-
- •tumour necrosis factor agents
- •3. Crystal-induced arthritis and septic arthritis
- •4. Tobacco abuse
- •5. Recent burn injury (less than two weeks before enrolment)
- •6. Active pancreatitis
- •7. Obesity (BMI >30)
- •8. Non consenting patients.
