入选标准
- •Candidate for orthopedic surgery for upper limb fractures under general anesthesia
- •Agree to participate in the study
- •Natural GCS (score 15) based on the Glasgow scale
- •Weight between 60 to 100 kg
- •Duration of operation up to 3 hours
- •No underlying diseases including diabetes, liver and kidney disease, COPD and coagulation disorders
- •Lack of sensitivity to drugs
- •No addiction
- •No head injuries during the accident
- •More than 12 breaths per minute
- •Systolic blood pressure greater than 110 mm Hg
- •SPO2 More than 95% in room air
排除标准
- •Dissatisfaction with continuing to participate in the project
- •Prolongation of surgery time more than 3 hours
