Inclusion Criteria
1.Patient aged > 18years admitted with diagnosis of renal calculi.
2.Patient who have revisited hospital within 14 days due to symptoms related to the procedure from the date of discharge.
3.Patients readmitted within 14 days due to symptoms related to the procedure from the
date of discharge
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patient readmitted due to other cause or symptoms not related to PCNL complications.
2.Patient readmitted beyond 14 days from date of discharge
