Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patient aged \> 18years admitted with diagnosis of renal calculi.
- •2\.Patient who have revisited hospital within 14 days due to symptoms related to the procedure from the date of discharge.
- •3\.Patients readmitted within 14 days due to symptoms related to the procedure from the
- •date of discharge
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patient readmitted due to other cause or symptoms not related to PCNL complications.
- •2\.Patient readmitted beyond 14 days from date of discharge
