- •Karate performers.
- •Between the age group of nine to twelve years
- •With minimum of one year Karate training.
- •Willing to participate in the study.
- •From selected schools of Udupi district.
- •Non Karate performers.
- •Between the age group of nine to twelve years
- •Not undergoing any sports training.
- •Willing to participate in the study.
- •From selected schools of Udupi district.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Karate performers.
- •Having any musculoskeletal deformity or any health problems.
- •Undergoing multiple sports or physical training.
- •Those who are attending gym clubs or body buildings.
- •Those who are practicing aerobic exercise and dance.
- •Non\- Karate performers.
- •Undergoing any sports or physical training.
- •Having any musculoskeletal deformity or any health problems.
- •Those who are attending gym clubs or body building.
