Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Male or female employees at the age of 20 to 65\.
- •2\) Have not been diagnosed with sleep disorders and are not receiving treatments for them
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Not able to attach the measurement devices by themselves
- •2\) Not able to answer the questionnaires
- •3\) Any participants whom the principal investigator finds inappropriate to include in the study
