Inclusion Criteria
1) Male or female employees at the age of 20 to 65.
2) Have not been diagnosed with sleep disorders and are not receiving treatments for them
Exclusion Criteria
1) Not able to attach the measurement devices by themselves
2) Not able to answer the questionnaires
3) Any participants whom the principal investigator finds inappropriate to include in the study
