Inclusion Criteria

candidate to receive colistin to treat infection with positive blood culture for multi-drug resistance gram negative organism which is sensitive to colistin
pneumonia with positive tracheal culture for multi-drug resistance gram negative organism which is sensitive to colistin
urinary tract infection with positive urinary culture for multi-drug resistance gram negative organism which is sensitive to colistin
meningitis with positive Cerebrospinal fluid culture for multi-drug resistance gram negative organism which is sensitive to colistin
receiving colistin for at least one week

Exclusion Criteria

Chronic kidney disease
Acute kidney injury
Receiving amphotericin B
Receiving intravenous ascorbic acid
Active bleeding
Pregnancy
Patient's death
