- •Age of 18 years or older; possession of an email address and smartphone or tablet with daily good access to the internet; willing to do a gratitude exercise of 15 minutes, five days a week for 6 weeks; sufficient command of the Dutch.
排除标准
- •severe anxiety symptoms: a score of 15 or higher on the Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7 items (GAD-7); moderate or severe depressive symptoms: a score of 15 or higher on the Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9).
