Inclusion Criteria
Patients admitted directly to ICU under study or patients transferred from anywhere in the same hospital or other hospital to ICU under study.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients younger than 18 years old, Neurosurgical patients, Cardiac patients.

Name Time Method To determine the prevalence of Sepsis as a reason for admission in Intensive Care unit as well as itâ??s causes and outcomes.Timepoint: After admission of the patient, vitals, blood investigations, severity of illness score, blood culture, antibiotics administered, use of Mechanical ventilation, Inotropes, non invasive ventilation, renal replacement therapy will be recorded.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To evaluate the time in management of sepsis with a focus on blood culture, antibiotics, lactate measurement and fluid resuscitation.Timepoint: After admission, role of antibiotics, fluid therapy will be recorded.
