Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients who has cervical spondylosis. 2.Patines who had been underzent operation for cervical spine. 3.Patiens who has severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic and renal disorders. 4.Pregnancy or lactating women or women with suspected pregnancy. 5. Lack of written informed consent. 6.Patients who had cerebral hemorrhage or subarachnoid hemorrhage within one month.

Name Time Method 1.Analysis of anterior and superior movement of hyoid bone and larynx. 2. The maximum width of esophageal opening with videofluorography. 3.With or without misswallowing. 4.Pooling of saliva in pyriform sinus and epiglottic vallecura in fiber scopic imaging. 5.With or without tube feeding. 6.Quantity of oral intake. 7.Body waight and rate of body wight loss. 8.Transition of inflammatory response.
