Inclusion Criteria

The patients older than 18 years with acute myeloid leukemia after receiving periodic chemotherapy consolidation with HiDAC or IDAC formulations

Exclusion Criteria

The patients with disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC), thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP), hemolytic uremic syndrome (HUS), immune thrombocytopenia (ITP), or systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) with exacerbation.
Patients with hypersplenism.
Diagnosed with abnormal bone marrow platelet production, including aplastic anemia (AA), myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS).
