Age = 18 years
-Body-Mass-Index = 35 kg/m²
-Sleeve gastrectomy in the past 18 months or planned sleeve gastrectomy
-Written informed consent
-Insufficient knowledge of German language
-Serious mental or neurological disorders
-Intake of tranquilizers or neuroleptics
-Intake of GLP-1-receptor agonists
-Intake of dopaminergic medication
-Previous neurosurgical procedures or traumatic brain injury
-Previous alcohol or drug abuse
-Pregnancy/lactation
-Insufficiently adjusted Diabetes mellitus Type 2
-Metal or electric implant in the head, e.g. cochlea implants
-Pacemakers
-Danger to self and others
-Lack of ability to consent
