Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) all critically ill patients(SOFA \>4\)
- •2\)length of stay longer than 72 hrs
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)renal artery disease
- •2\)children with chronic kidney disease
- •3\)cirrhosis with hepato renal syndrome
- •4\)use of renin angiotensin aldosterone antagonists
- •5\)AKI on renal replacement therapy
