1.. Age more than18 years old
2. Postoperative condition
3. Planned postoperative ICU admission
4. Retaining foley catheter
5. Urine output less than 0.5 ml/kg/hr during ICU admission
6. Attending physician planned to treat with intravascular fluid administration
7. Provision of written informed consent
1. Pregnancy
2. Patients with ESRD
3. Patients undergoing renal transplant
4. Patients undergoing aortic surgery
5. Patients undergoing urologic surgery
6. Known case of renal artery stenosis
7. Patients undergoing cardiac surgery
8. Unable to perform renal Doppler ultrasound at the examined area
9. Intra-abdominal hypertension
