Inclusion Criteria

All preterm singleton neonates with 32+0 weeks to 36+6 weeks who does not breathe or cry at birth.

Exclusion Criteria

1.Neonates who does not require resuscitation at birth.

2.Neonates with Antenatally detected major congenital anomalies.

3.Monochorionic multiple births.

4.Fetal hydrops.

5.Rh Isoimmunization.

6.Cord prolapse.
