ASA grade I and II , age between 2-6yrs, either sex, undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation
•Guardians refusal.
•Patient with suspected difficult airways.
•Patients undergoing oral surgeries.
•Patient with history of prematurity (gestational age <37 weeks at birth).
•Patient with history of ICU stay for more than a week after delivery.
•Patients suffering from central or peripheral neuropathies.
•Patients with severe cardiovascular disease, such as congenital heart diseases, etc.
•Patients with abnormal liver and/or renal function.
•Patients having asthma, pneumothorax, hydrothorax or grossly impaired pulmonary function.
•Patients suffering from coagulation disorders.
•Patients with history of allergy to drugs to be used in general anaesthesia.
•Patients with risk of aspiration.
