Inclusion Criteria
- •Willing to complete the 6 weeks intervention and the tests.
- •The dominant arm or leg is right side.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Participants who had ACL, hamstring, meniscus, ankle or any other lower extremity injuries that are associated with diminished dynamic balance during the last 3 years.
