Inclusion Criteria
1. Neonates(37-42 weeks of gestational age) irrespective of age, sex, caste and religion
2. Birth weight >=2.5kg. To <=3.5kg.
3. Newborn with good sucking, swallowing and coordination.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Gestational age < 37 weeks and > 42 weeks.
2. Birth weight <= 2.5 kg. To >= 3.5kg.
3. Newborn with poor sucking and swallowing coordination.
4. Congenital anomalies and hereditary diseases.
5. Sick infants with infectious diseases and metabolic disorder.
6. Neonatal Anaemia, HIV and HbsAg positive newborn.
