Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Age ≥40 year
- •2\. Diagnosis of COPD
- •3\. Acute exacerbation
- •4\. Hypoxemia
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Acut hypercapnia
- •2\. Need for non\-invasive or invasive mechanical ventilation
- •3\. Severe hemodynamic instability
- •4\. Severe comorbidities (Cardiovascular, Cerebrovascular disease)
- •5\. Pregnancy
