Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Gestational diabetes mellitus patients
  • 2\. Aged more than 18 years old
  • 4\. Able to read and write in Thai language
  • 5\. Having smart phone for use application Line and internet
  • 6\. Delivery in Thammasat hospital

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Having underlying disease such as Hypertension, Heart disease, liver disease, chronic kidney disease, and HIV infection
  • 2\. Receiving medicine that affects blood sugar level such as steroid use
