Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Gestational diabetes mellitus patients
- •2\. Aged more than 18 years old
- •4\. Able to read and write in Thai language
- •5\. Having smart phone for use application Line and internet
- •6\. Delivery in Thammasat hospital
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Having underlying disease such as Hypertension, Heart disease, liver disease, chronic kidney disease, and HIV infection
- •2\. Receiving medicine that affects blood sugar level such as steroid use
