Inclusion Criteria

  • •Being more than 18 years old; need to perform a lumbar puncture for definite diagnosis of disease.
  • •Exclusion criteria: Contraindications for lumbar puncture such as infections in the site, spinal vertebrae malformations and surgeries on vertebrae.
