Inclusion Criteria
- •20\-70 year\-old, American Society of Anesthesiologists I, II and ? patients requiring nasotracheal intubation for elective surgery
Exclusion Criteria
- •Morbid obesity (body mass index \>35\), active lung disease, uncontrolled cardiovascular disease, anticoagulant therapy, abnormal coagulation profile
