Patients who admitted due to LGIB and were> 16 year old
Exclusion Criteria
1 Known underlying disease of gastrointestinal malignancy
2 combined with upper gastrointestinal bleeding

Name Time Method incidence of severe lower gastrointestinal bleeding (LGIB) during admission time of continunous/recurrent LGIB required at least 2 unit of packed red cell tranfusion
