- Brief Summary
The success rate of first attempt intubation and the time of intubating FOB do not differ from either left lateral or supine position. The left lateral positions are significant not required jaw thrust maneuver and less incidence of desaturation. Following success of the intubation, all parameters of the hemodynamics (SBP, DBP, MAP and HR) immediately declined in both groups. As well as SpO2 also declined in both groups after intubation but remained above 95%
