Inclusion Criteria

? Age 18 ~ 65 years old, male or female; course of disease is less than 24 months.
? It meets the diagnostic criteria of spinal cord injury and neurogenic bladder. The degree of spinal cord injury is determined as grade A or B according to the international standard for neurological classification of spinal cord injury formulated by Asia;
? The indwelling catheter was removed, and the residual urine volume of bladder is more than 100ml;
? Patients can accept moxibustion treatment and can tolerate it;
? Patients sign informed consent and volunteer to participate in the study.

Exclusion Criteria

? Patients do not meet the above inclusion criteria.
? Patients suffer from intermittent urinary contraindications, such as urethra or bladder damage, urethra malformation, narrowness, urethra abscess, etc.
? Patients have severe autonomic hyperreflex.
? Patients are under 18 years of age or over 65 years of age and cannot tolerate moxibustion.
? Patients combine with cardiovascular, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases and mental illness
? Patients have accepted surgical treatment of bladder fistula, pre-urethra sphincter incision, etc.
? Patients with skin ulcer.
