pregnanat women of ae 20 to 40 years
ASA grade i and ii
gestational age more than 37 weeks
Exclusion Criteria
high risk pregnant women
kyphosis scoliosis
patients allergic to any drugs
local site lumbar area infection
patients with any systemic diseases
