1)Patients with Probing pocket depth >=5 mm and Clinical attachment loss of >= 3 mm.
2)Patients with 2 walled or 3 walled intrabony defects, with defect depth of >= 3 mm.
3)Full-mouth plaque score (FMPS) <20% after phase I therapy
4)Full-mouth bleeding score (FMBS) <20% after phase I therapy
5)Patients who are systemically healthy; with no disease that will have a bearing on the outcome of the surgical intervention
1)Patients diagnosed with malalignment of teeth at the defect site.
2)Patients with systemic disease or drugs that contraindicates periodontal surgery.
3)Patients with history of smoking and pan chewing.
4)Sites with advanced furcation involvement.
5)Pregnant and lactating women
6)Patients who have under chemotherapy or radiotherapy.
7)Patients with parafunctional habits
8)Patients with crowns or bridges at the site of the defect.
9)Patients who have undergone Root Canal Treatment at the site of the defect.
