Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Controlled hypertensive patients with BP \<140/90mmHg(ASA2\) undergoing elective trans sphenoidal surgery.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Hematocrit \<30%,
- •H/o is ischemic cardiovascular disease and conduction defects,
- •H/o cerebrovascular disease and suspected neurological deficits,
- •Hepatic and renal insufficiency,
- •Patients on antipsychotic drugs,
- •H/o bleeding disorder or on anticoagulant therapy,
- •Known hypersensitivity to drug.
