入选标准
- •1. Pregnant women posted for Caesarean section at term
- •2.Pregnant patients with no known major comorbidities affecting neonatal outcome
- •3.Patients consenting for study
- •4.Antenatal level 2 normal USG
- •5.Maternal age less than 50 years
排除标准
- •1. Patients not giving consent for the study
- •2. Patients with severe preeclampsia or eclampsia
- •3. Known allergy to local anesthetics
- •4. Uncorrected hypovolemia
- •5. Pregnancies complicated with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases
- •6. Maternal age more than 50 years
- •7. Patients with raised intracranial pressure
- •8. Patients with coagulation disorders and bleeding diasthesis
