Inclusion Criteria
Controlled hypertensive patients with BP <140/90mmHg(ASA2) undergoing elective trans sphenoidal surgery.
Exclusion Criteria
Hematocrit <30%,
H/o is ischemic cardiovascular disease and conduction defects,
H/o cerebrovascular disease and suspected neurological deficits,
Hepatic and renal insufficiency,
Patients on antipsychotic drugs,
H/o bleeding disorder or on anticoagulant therapy,
Known hypersensitivity to drug.
