入选标准
- •1) Age more than 18 years
- •2) Mechanical ventilation of at least 48 hours
- •3) Patient should met the following criteria for readiness of weaning:
- •âžâ?Oxygenation status: FiO2 <0.5 with PEEP less than or equal to 8 cm H2O & paO2/FiO2 >200
- •âžâ?Ventilation status: Respiratory rate less than or equal to 30/min & paCO2 of <45 mmHg
- •âžâ?Stable hemodynamics
- •âžâ?Intact mentation
- •âžâ?Minimal secretion and effective cough
排除标准
- •1) Known Neuromuscular disorder
- •2) Known case of diaphragmatic paralysis
- •3) Tracheostomized patients
- •4) Increased Intraabdominal Pressure
- •5) Phrenic Nerve Palsy
- •6) Obstetric antenatal patients
