Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients admitted in ICU on Mechanical ventilation for \> 24 hours and about to receive their 1st T\-piece trail .
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients refusal , Neuromuscular diseases , Diaphragmatic paralysis , Increased intra \- abdominal pressure , breach in skin where diaphragmatic USG needs to be done , Tracheostomized patients
