入选标准
- •1.Age ≥ 40 years
- •2.COPD patients, Diagnosis by spirometry recorded post bronchodilator FEV1/FVC < 70%
- •3.Respiratory failure with mechanical ventilation more than 24 hours,
- •4.Ability to tolerate SBT for 1 hour before ultrasound
- •5.Patient readiness for weaning must have met all criteria: using FIO2 < 0.5, and PEEP ≤ 5 cmH2O, PaO2/FIO2 > 200, respiratory rate ≤ 30 breaths/minute, stable hemodynamic (absence or low dose vasopressors required), good consciousness and cooperative, minimal secretion and effectiveness of cough
排除标准
- •1.The patients or relatives of the patients refused to participate
- •2.Known case of Neuromuscular weakness
- •3.On tracheostomy tube
