Inclusion Criteria
Recently diagnosed patients with moderate to severe OSA who achieve successful titration with CPAP or BIPAP
Exclusion Criteria
Pregnant females;
Patients with Cardiac failure;
Patients with Central Sleep Apnea
Patients with Psychiatric, and neurologic disorders;
Patients who change their antihypertensive medications during course of study;
Patients with craniofacial abnormalities which can
hamper use of CPAP;
Patients currently using PAP therapy;

Name Time Method Change in 24 hr mean Systolic and diastolic Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring (ABPM) parameters in Fixed pressure Continous positive airway pressure (FP-CPAP) therapy and Auto adjusting continous positive airway pressure (APAP) therapy groups.Timepoint: At baseline, at 4 weeks of initial PAP therapy,after 1 week of washout period and at 4 weeks of other PAP therapy
