Inclusion Criteria

Study eligibility criteria specified adults aged more than 19 years, with moderate to severe SNHL in both ears. Moderate to severe hearing loss was defined as when the average value of pure tone audiometry(PTA) measured at 500, 1000, 2000, 4000 Hz was 41 to 80dB. All patients have used bilateral hearing aids for more than 3 months with sufficient hearing gains.

Exclusion Criteria

- Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria
- If communication is difficult, device cannot be handled, or inspection cooperation is difficult
- Patient with lesions in external, intermediate, or auditory nerve systems. Central nervous system disorder
- A person with an auditory nerve tumor
- Person with secondary benefits associated with clinical trials
