- •Breast cancer with size less than or equal to 3 cm
- •No lymph node involvement
- •No distant metastases

- •Active collagen vascular diseases such as scleroderma
- •Previous radiotherapy in diseases such as Hodgkin's lymphoma
- •Multifocal breast cancer
- •Presence of distant metastasis
