Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. age: more than 50 years old
- •2\. sarcopenic obesity (both low muscle mass and excess fat mass)
- •3\. No regular exercise habits (Moderate exercise in the past year \< 150 mins/ week)
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Women who have menstrual phase
- •2\. conditions that cause discomfort of participants during physical activity such as a sprain, chest pain, or lesions in the central nervous system.
