Inclusion Criteria
1. age: more than 50 years old
2. sarcopenic obesity (both low muscle mass and excess fat mass)
3. No regular exercise habits (Moderate exercise in the past year < 150 mins/ week)
Exclusion Criteria
1. Women who have menstrual phase
2. conditions that cause discomfort of participants during physical activity such as a sprain, chest pain, or lesions in the central nervous system.
