入排标准
入选标准
- •1. ASA I , II
- •2. Diagnosed case of BPH age 40-90 years scheduled for TURP
- •3. Locally advanced CA prostate with refractory urinary retention scheduled for TURP.
排除标准
- •1. Patients’ refusal or any contraindication for spinal anaesthesia
- •2. Severe cardiac disease graded as NYHA class III – IV.
- •3. Patients with the history of coagulopathy.
- •4. Patients with closed angle glaucoma, pheochromocytoma, idiopathic hypertrophic subaortic stenosis.
- •5. Patients on MAO inhibitors and linezolid.
- •6. Patients with tachyarrhythmias and associated cardiac conditions.
