- •All pregnant females with singleton pregnancy
排除标准
- •1.Patients with Preoperative hypotension,
- •2.Pregnancyâ??induced hypertension,
- •3.Eclampsia,
- •4.Essential hypertension (diagnosed on history, BP records, and lab findings on antenatal visits),
- •5.Any known cardiovascular disease (valvular heart disease, cardiomyopathies)
- •6.Failed spinal block
- •7.Total spinal converted to general anesthesia
- •8.CS indication secondary to placenta previa
