1. Patients with acute cerebral infarction diagnosed by western medicine in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of the National Conference of cerebrovascular diseases;
2. The onset time within 6-72 hours;
3. The disease occurs in a quiet state, and there is no significant headache and vomiting during the onset. Infarct lesions are confirmed by skull MRI or CT There are obvious low-density changes.
1. Patients with large area cerebral infarction and unstable vital signs;
2. Patients with transient ischemic attack or cerebral hemorrhage;
3. With severe heart, liver, lung, kidney, and hematopoietic system diseases;
3. Pregnant or lactating patients;
4. Patients with mental disorders who cannot be treated together.
