简要总结
Results: It is feasible to implement a RCT according to the findings of this pilot study. Based on the collected data it could not be answered whether GOT affects gait, functionality, or pos-tural control. Significant changes were found in pain reduction (p = .05) and the parameter meter per seconds of the hemiparetic bodyside (p = .04). Discussion: Valid results for secondary outcomes cannot be given due to the general condi-tions of this study, including a lack of data for planning an adequate sample size and the treatment frequency. Conclusion: A higher sample size, more frequent treatment interventions and follow-up tests need to be applied to investigate long-term effects and provide meaningful results of further research.
