- •Patients of age 20\-65 years of age.
- •Patients with missing mandibular posterior teeth.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with severe systemic illness
- •Postmenopausal women who are under hormonal

- •Patients under anticoagulants, statins
- •Pregnant women
- •Lactating women
- •Patients under chemotherapy
- •Patients under bisphosphonate therapy
