Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Willingness for participation in the study
- •2\.Patients in need of dental implants for tooth replacement in the mandibular posterior region
- •3\.Good general health without systemic diseases affecting bone metabolism
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients with contraindications to Low\-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT)such as photosensitivity, active cancer in the treatment area or history of radiation Patients with a history of drug intake such as immunosuppressive drugs, anticoagulants, and anti\-cancer drugs three months prior to the study.
- •2\. Pregnant and lactating women.
- •3\. Use of medications or substances known to interfere with wound healing/patients with history of intake of immunosuppressive drugs, anti coagulants and anti\-cancer drugs three months prior to the study
- •4\.Patients undergoing orthodontic treatment
- •5\.Patients having known history of bone disorders (e.g. osteoporosis, osteoarthritis)
- •6\.Severe periodontal disease or active oral infections at the implant site
